Bruce Fox aka Stoner interviewed Lynette earlier this week.

Here are some pictures of Lynette and her BF Robert that were shared with me.

  5. Huh? Manson WAS a bad guy, Stoner. The media didn't have to do sh*t. He assaulted underage girls, corrupted others, manipulated these young people to go out and kill for whatever reason and destroyed several young lives. Lynette herself spent almost her whole life in prison because she couldn't (and still doesn't) have Manson out of her mind. How many people sit behind bars now because of what they did for their master? You cannot say that they didn't worship the ground he walked on. There are old films with them shaving their heads, crawling on the sidewalks, carving X marks on their foreheads, etc. Lynette doesn't talk about all the people she threatened to murder if they testified against Manson either, does she? These people were not just misunderstood flower children with an interest in the environment. If that was the case, why didn't they clean up Spahn ranch? When Manson was given money, why didn't he put in a water well or pay for a massive clean up of all the junk that was laying about? Does anyone care at all that a lot of people died due to this group? Lynette and Sandra seem like they have no compassion for Gary Hinman or Shorty Shea or the other seven or more people that were murdered by their friends. I'm appalled that we are now celebrating criminals and no, I don't know this woman Lynette Fromme. Who knows. She might be a nice lady, but her memory seems to be a little confused. It wasn't all flowers, sunshine & love making. It was crime, beatings, rape, robbery and murder later on in their short history.

    2. I think you're getting a tad to emotional about all this. If you're even vaguely familiar with Stoner, you know his opinion on Manson and the rest of them too and lecturing him isn't going to change his perspective or anything else. He's heard your lecture a million times and heard everything you're saying plus much more for more than two decades now. He doesn't care and it won't change his mind or opinion.

And as far as your comments of Lynette, just because bad things happened does NOT mean that that was HER experience. You can't tell her what HER experience was and that she's wrong and it was all horrible, terrible and evil because that's not how she views it and nor how she remembers it... Who are you to tell her she's wrong? Everyone remembers their youth in nostalgic fondness usually and for Lynette, it was the single most defining period in her life considering she's still being asked for it now. And you need to remember that not EVRRYONE at Spain was a criminal or murderer... That was 7 of them- otherwise they were all just young teens and adults bonding and loving each other as a family. These girls are people Lynette considered her sisters. And after her father's abuse, these people were her family and she loved them. Stop thinking life is like the movies... Not everyone or anything is all evil or bad. AND the courthouse stuff??and the way they acted?? It's because they were young and getting attention so they acted out as crazy and outlandish as they could. It's the exact same today with the tik tok bullshit. Teens and young adults are immature and life attention.

  7. I listened as this aired, and I found the conversation to be of mild interest. Nothing TOO noteworthy, but hearing her opinions on some of the other former Manson people was interesting, and her admission that she and Goode were really "terrorists" back in their letter-writing days was almost newsworthy for those interested in this whole mess.

Of MUCH more interest is some of the detail in these photos. A Spahn Ranch backlit pic or whatever that is? An old-school land-line phone? A big screen TV? The nostalgia trip is alive and well with this particular Mansonite, it seems!

  8. No matter what your opinion of her is, there's no denying that she is a fascinating individual, and was one of the more interesting figures in the whole saga. I'm still hoping she writes more of about her life.
