I used to live 2 miles from this house. Funny story is, the daughter lived a mile or so away in an apartment building on Vermont, which later was used for the exterior shots of "Melrose Place."
Has anyone else seen the crazy money the 1st edition Feral house publishing version of the original Manson file is selling for at certain places $549 on Ebay $700 + & $900 + on Amazon I have a mint condition copy bought several years ago for under $40 always thought the Myth & reality of an outlaw shaman was the one going for the big money I paid right around $400 for mine off Ebay auction a few years back

It's actually off Vermont at 4616 Greenwood
We visited that apartment complex as well, it seemed much bigger on tv.
Since filming this video, we have heard that Zak Bagans has purchased the Labianca home.
That guy sure must've been shoved in a few lockers in Jr High School.

I have an old copy of The Manson File somewhere around here. Now, I wish I'd taken better care of it.
