Fiona just left the building, but NOT before posting some very thought provoking comments. On the Dean Moorehouse subject she explains some of the quirks in the "sex offender" laws. This made me think: Was Charles Manson EVER charged and or convicted after 1967 with "offending" ANY minor / female ? Was HE even charged with "bad influence" over a minor ? Can YOU actually "influence" a girl to MURDER someone without committing a crime against the girl ?
After some "logical" thought it seems to ME that Charles Manson may have been properly charged with "conspiracy" (an agreement) to commit murder, but because HE was NOT even charged with "undue influence" over the girls, their claim of "brainwashing" is entirely BS. In fact, IF "their agreement" was enacted under mental DURESS, it could NOT have been considered a VALID "agreement" and thus there was NOT any "conspiracy" to commit murder involving Charles Manson.
NOW, the Manson "marriage" makes total sense to me. IF you can come up with the marriage license FEE to pay the state - you're good to go.
