Thanks for posting these fantastic photos. It is truly sad that such a beautiful woman was slain by some of the ugliest people (both inside and outside)that ever walked this planet.
Thanks, DebS. Except for the wedding photos, I've seen very few of these pictures. One thing I'll never understand: Why weren't any of the Tates at their eldest daughter's wedding?
I always assumed the Tates didn't approve of Roman. And they were right to disapprove. I think Sharon would still be alive had she made better choices in men. And Roman is a piece of shit.
The "aniversary" photos have been said to have been taken at the Hollywood wedding reception, not their 1st anniversay as is stated here. I don't really know which is true but I've always heard that it's the reception.
Beauders, are you sure that her family really "adored" him? In Alisa's book it didn't seem that way. I haven't read it in quite a while but I think she said that PJ wasn't crazy about him. Or am I getting this mixed up with another book?
I love Sharon's hairpiece with all the flowers in it but I wish she would've touched up her roots or else darkened the hairpiece so it'd match better. I know....picky, picky! LOL
I don't think that's Peggy Lipton in the cake cutting pic. Peggy always wore her hair center parted. I think it could be Sharon's pal, Celeste Yarnall. I found a pic of her with her hair parted the same way but can't get it to show up. Darn this computer!
Venus you might very well be right about what I labeled the first anniversary pictures being a Hollywood reception. I was told they were anniversary pix but looking closely at the cake in the 4th pic from the bottom it says "Congratulations Sharon and Roman". That cake would say "Happy Anniversary" if it was their anniversary, I think. Good catch!!
Thanks, Matt, for the picture of Celeste. I think I was wrong about it being Peggy Lipton in the wedding party photo - it could definitely have been Celeste as Venus said.
Yeah, Deb, I do think it was their Hollywood reception. I didn't even notice what the cake said! LOL
Carol, yes, she was wearing a hairpiece. Carrie White did it for her. I love it, just wish the colors matched. But, maybe Sharon started that ombre trend? LOL
Thanks for posting ther pic, Matt. From now on I'll just send them to you, don't know what I'm doing wrong!
If you google Celeste, you'll see that she had a Sharonesque look to her. In some pix she has the Jennifer North type look.
Hi I really don't think those photos titled "first anniversary" are about any anniversary. Those are pictures of their wedding reception. YOu know, the party held at the Playboy Club in London after the wedding. I'm pretty sure that's correct.

Heidi, that's what I assumed. Yet Doris remained friendly with Roman until her death.
Can anyone identify the young lady in the center of the photo where Roman is cutting the cake? There are 4 photos below that one.
Orwhut, my guess is Peggy Lipton, one of the stars of the Mod Squad.
The entire Tate family just adores/adored Roman Polanski. Why I just don't know.
Goomba,
Thank you. I thought it might be one of Sharon's sisters but if none of her family showed up, I guess that's not the case.
Goomba, I think you're right. Peggy was a good friend of Sharon's. She and her brother Robert Lipton attended Sharon's funeral.

I'll try again, this isn't the pic I wanted to post, but it'll give you an idea of the similarities.

Venus, is that a hairpiece Sharon is wearing?
Those wedding photos: Beauty and the Badger.

Deb and Venus,
Thanks for putting up the picture of Celeste. She's a very pretty lady.
Thanks to Matt for tacking on the picture. I saw Deb's name at the bottom and got confused.
