Off topic-Let's talk Aaron Hernandez

AH's High School Pic
We interupt this Manson Family blog to discuss another interesting case going on. If you did't already know, Eviliz lives in a tiny sleepy community in Bristol, Connecticut. No you can't come and visit.

Ex-New England Patroits player Aron Hernandez is from Bristol CT and he is in one heap of trouble.
Hernandez's crime partners are also from Bristol. After being accessories in the shooting of Lloyd in MA, the two crime partners hurried back to Bristol .  The newest twist in the case is - apparently the two crime partners dumped the gun into beautiful Pine Lake.

All week we in Bristol have had the CT State Police Divers and Massachusetts State Police Divers searching the lake.  I and Eviliz Jr. kept vigil like the girl on the corner for the entire week of searching.  We hung out with all the press and made several friends.  Bristol was besieged by every news outlet you can name.  Since the Evilizes are beautiful and personable, while at the lake we made several media friends (shout out to my favorite reporter Tony Terzi from Fox CT News).  We were lucky enough to blend right in with the press and listen to Sergeant Master Chris McCarthy give the last interview of the day.  McCarthy told us the search for the day was over and no gun was located.  What happens next is riding on CT and MA state police's decision.

It's a tangled web Hernandez wove and things are constantly changing, but here is a snapshot of all the current and past investigations into Hernandez's alleged criminal behavior.
#1.) New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez, whose Massachusetts home has been visited twice by police this week after a man’s body was found in an industrial park about a mile away, allegedly shot a friend in the face in February, according to a new lawsuit.

According to the suit, Hernandez was driving from Tootsie’s strip club in Miami to Palm Beach on Feb. 13 with a group of people when an argument ensued between Alexander Bradley, the suit’s plaintiff, and the football player. gun that Hernandez “was not legally licensed to have” discharged, the suit stated. The bullet hit Bradley, 30, causing him to lose his right eye, and resulting in numerous surgeries, difficulty eating and other damages that are “permanent in nature,” according to the suit.

#2.) When executing a search warrant at Hernandez's uncle's house in Bristol CT, investigators found an SUV in the garage that they say is linked to an unsolved July 2012 double homicide in Boston that took place outside a nightclub. The two victims were shot in a drive-by shooting. The vehicle was impounded. Hernandez has not been charged with anything in that case, but a law enforcement source told CNN that Boston police are "very active" -- and making progress -- in trying to connect the dots that could link him to the shooting.

#3.) Hernandez was allegedly involved in a bar fight in Gainesville, Florida, in 2007 over an unpaid bill. At the time of the bar fight, Hernandez was 17 and was not charged with a crime. A bouncer claimed that Hernandez struck him in the side of the head, injuring his eardrum.
Aaron Hernandez is in a world of trouble, it appears, and things seem to get worse for the former NFL star almost every day.

Here are some pictures for your viewing pleasure:

Aaron Hernandez went in as a tight end and will come out a wide reciever.

  7. Zodiacs always make me think of Bug's book, "And the Sea Will Tell". Such a great read. Thanks for the info, Liz! I love that there are other crime groupies. :)
P.S. What creature does Liz have?

  8. It's amazing how some of these guys blow a good thing: Jayson Williams (New Jersey Nets), Plaxico Burress (Giants), Dwight Gooden, Darrell Strawberry, Lawrence Taylor, etc. Making it to their level is against the odds. (I was going to throw Justin Bieber in there, too because he's on his way just like Leif Garrett.)

(I guess people don't bother writing OJ Blogs is because the crime is much too evident to discuss and analyze.)

  11. Bruce has a pretty good alibi for this one but, since it was a Zodiac raft, somebody will probably blame him anyway.

  12. Nice job, Liz! I'm not very well schooled on the Hernandez case, we have so many out here in California that it's hard for me to keep up with what is happening back east. Thanks for letting us in on the local scoops around your 'hood!

You looked great in the video and so did Eviliz Jr.! Great plug for the blog, too! YAY!!!

  13. I know a lot of athletes come from lower incomes & struggle to get out of their environment & do good. In this case & when he was a Gator, it seems he couldn't or wouldn't give up his street mentality. I know that in college & in the NFL they have counselors that to try to guide the players to the right path & how to handle their money. Some take the advice others think they're too tough.

Nice plug for the blog! Hurray!!

My daughter mentioned the blog so she gets the "nice plug". She beat me to it that time. Today the search resumed, day six and guess what they found- nadda. But it was fun hanging out with my reporter friends and chatting with the Bristol CT detectives. I was chatting today with my friend from Fox Tony, and the detectives heard "blog" mentioned and asked me where I was blogging about it. I told them all about the blog and stressed we are not PRO M at all. The detective asked for the blog name and went onto the blog from his phone while we were all chatting. He was all psyched and stuff when he saw it. He was like "Hey there's Pete" (one of the divers)the lake looks very green in the pics, blah blah blah. We chatted Manson some and for about an hour hour just local crime going on and some Hernandez too. Of course they can't give you any secret info though. The funniest part was when the detectives were leaving they said goodbye to each reporter addressing them by name and then I hear "Have a good day Eviliz" from one of them and nearly pissed myself.
    LAUGH I did.
It reminded me of the 2012 tour when we hooked up with Paul Dostie and he addressed me as Eviliz the entire time. Something about police addressing me as Eviliz always gets a giggle.
But now if I decide to commit any local crimes they know my alias. Oh well I guess I will stay out of trouble until I can get a new alias.

The creature came home with me and believe it or not his great job helps with the bills.

A few people remarked to me that the lake water looks green. It is not. That was just all the stuff disturbed during the search moving around. The divers even said it was clear water.

And don't forget- NEVER miss an opportunity to plug your blog, or mine ;)
