¿Dónde está Juan?
This is a simple question: What the hell happened to Juan Flynn? He wasn't technically a "Manson Family" member, yet he lived with them, partied with them, screwed them, ate with them, smelled them, helped them with errands, etc., and was a pretty familiar face. Funny, but I haven't seen any recent photos of him surface on the net (which is good for him, but bad for us). Listen, I don't blame the guy for not wanting to be exposed. There are probably bucket-loads of freaks out there that would start harassing him, just because! I do hope he is doing well, and will close with a clip of him answering a few questions. Adios amigos!!!

Both great clips !
He may as well been a Manson. But, this is cool.
Interesting fellow for sure. I'll bet he's held up nicely over the years.
The most recent account of Mr. Flynn that I know of is from the 2009 "Los Angeles Magazine" article "Manson: An Oral History." Here are Mr. Flynn's quotes, along with the article's introduction to him: "JUAN FLYNN, Spahn ranch hand. Sixty-five years old, he is retired after a career as a miner and heavy-equipment operator. 'I came back from serving in the infantry in Vietnam and in 1968 went to work at Spahn Ranch for $2.50 a week. I loved the place. It had the most beautiful trails. It had horses, ponies, and a goat. There were red foxes, red-tailed hawks, and peregrine falcons. Marvin Gaye, Lou Rawls, and Jerry Garcia came to ride there. And there were beautiful girls. For $1.50 an hour you could climb mountain trails and look out over the San Fernando Valley. I was Mr. Spahn’s right-hand man. I cleaned 16 stalls a day and handled the horses. It was a joy. Then Charles Manson and his people came and trashed the place... Charles Manson is a pimp... I saw people go from 16 to older than I was—24 at the time—in a matter of months. It was devastating... Charlie decided he would have to teach blacks how to start the revolution. He said, “The black man is nothing but a monkey dressed up in a white man’s suit.” ... They offered me a case of beer to go up to Barker Ranch, but the reason I went was to find out what happened to Shorty. I stayed and stayed, and I watched those people. It was dangerous. It was like walking in a soap bubble—you’re hoping it doesn’t burst.'" Here is the link: http://www.lamag.com/features/2009/07/01/manson-an-oral-history1
