Bobby's knife has a bottle opener. I can't remember the last time I used a bottle opener.
I could not imagine the pain Gary Hinman felt when that knife plunged into his chest. Sickening.

It was so hot the night of the Cielo murders. I can't believe Tex wore a long-sleeved velour shirt.
It's just because it was enlarged from a very small picture and the distortion from the enlargement was cleaned up.

That's a very good point. I wonder if the drugs in his system kept him from feeling the heat.
According to Sadie, her and Tex had a stash of cocaine and snorted it before the Murders. Cocaine often makes people very sweaty.
Think how many people would have lived if Tex had had a heat stroke.

Probably a very minor point to quibble over, but I thought it was speed Tex snorted before the murders, not coke?
That was the shirt from the post wash-up in the driveway where they almost got caught, right?
They all brought a change of clothes to huck out the Ford. Just because you’re a knife wielding, homicidal maniac, hopped up on speed doesn’t mean you lose your eye for value. No.
It was extremely hot that week and Tex chose the most expendable garment from his closet… or foot locker… or disheveled pile on the floor. When faced with what to sacrifice you know he wasn’t going for a Pendleton or Nehru jacket when that Velour shirt was mocking him.
It could have been a gift from Kasabian, which is why she remembers it so well. She probably raged and roiled (a la ‘Fatal Attraction’) over him tossing ‘her’ shirt on the roadside just like he threw her affections aside at the ranch. I’ll show him she vowed; I’ll show him.

it's not a minor point at all - there is a world of difference between the effects of coke and speed. and I thought it was speed too.
being in the frozen north, I am actively campaigning for return of the velour shirt. maybe the dickey too. put em with some paisly pants and you are locked and loaded.

Maybe since Tex is from Texas he can handle hot temps better? Or maybe he didn't even notice what he was wearing due to the fever twisted doped up brain in his head.
If you have ever tried speed or coke you know how much you sweat when you're high. I'm sure with the drugs in his system, the adrenaline, and the fact the he was climbing fences and chasing and kicking and fighting with the victims he was probably sweating pretty profusely.
