Eric Monfort Update

Q: What happened to Nancy's eldest after he was arrested for theft, delivery of heroin and posession of a firearm last January?

A: He entered the Oregon State Penitentiary on May 15 of 2012. He will be eligible for parole on March 3 of 2014.

    Both Beausoleil and Monfort are in the Oregon State Penitentiary.

    Deb/Beauders, how is it that Bobby is housed in Oregon when his crimes were committed in Cali? Overcrowding?

    Patty I'm not certain but have read he was moved for his safety because of threats from the AB. I would think that the AB was in most prisons so that doesn't make much sense to me. Hopefully Beauders has the skinny.

    I read somewhere bobby wanted to be transferred to Oregon because he thought he would have had a better shot of parole there too.

    Seems like Nancy is getting back what she put out I do not feel sorry for her.I hope that he does decide to change his life before he ends up doing big time.

    I'm usually not one to feel sorry for criminals but this guy never had a chance growing up. Change is difficult but it can be done. I hope he makes better decisions for his future.

    bobby is still under a california parole board so being in oregon doesn't help him at all, besides outside oregon is much more conservative than california. i've heard two versions of bobby's transfer here but i think they are related. the first being the aryan brotherhood was after him and the second being that he snitched when he heard someone was going to kill a friend of his. i bet monfort really has nothing to say to beausoleil as his father died as a member of the aryan brotherhood and the kid looks like he's following in his dads footsteps.

    I lived next door to the Monfort family for 8 years. Nancy did a amazing job raseing 3 boys as a single mom I saw first-hand she worked hard gave them a great life on the shores of Lake Tahoe. The onley chip on their shoulders came from gruppies like you making snide comments. I support Nancy Eric Shawn Orrin. 100% you can all eat fishheads she is a great mo.
