These are articles that I was able to find on Darwin Scott. The man was no choir boy having been arrested and convicted of crimes from at least 1933 onward. He spent a lot of time in prison, both federal and state. It seems like there was opportunity for him to have garnered a few enemies along the way. If, as has been suggested, Charlie wanted Darwin killed what would have been his motive? Was Darwin a victim of the Family or a victim of his chosen lifestyle?
Manson had inmate blood flowing through his veins from birth, didn't he? Never stood a chance, I guess.
ReplyDeleteWith the DNA Chucky was born with his life was going one of two ways. He was either prison bound or he was going to have a career with jobs that would require him to have his name on his shirt.

ReplyDeleteRemember though, Darwin was Colonel's brother and Manson's uncle.
ReplyDeleteColonel was CM's biological father's given name, not a military rank.

213-DI1-9026 was the number at Spahn Ranch. I of course registered the domain a couple of years ago:

It will of course bring you here!
If it was anything, it was over money or perhaps firearms. I have always found the fact that Manson fabricated an alibi putting him in LA at the time of this murder.
ReplyDeleteFound the fact odd, I mean.
