We had discussed "X ing" here quite a few times. This is the only photo of any Family man besides Charlie who did the painful deed. Though Bruce's looks more like a swastika. That may be one of the things Bruce and Brenda did in the sewers to pass time. Carve up each others foreheads.

when bruce and brenda surrended the news was there filming Bruce had and X and Brenda has an X which was pretty crookked I think this was before CM did the swastika on his head so it is an X I think

Bruce had the bloody X in the surrender and this was a bit later than that. This looks like a brand scar, and is definitely a swastika.
And Clem did have an X, in some of the video footage you can see it when he had long hair, so it was right after his capture.
