Nancy Pitman

Nancy Pitman (2011)

Charlie's Chief Assassin with AB toddler (around 1980)

  1. Did Nancy ever kill anyone? Or was the "chief assassin" tag just there for shock value?

    ReplyDelete
  2. Nancy has never been accused of killing anyone, and she likely did not. There is no proof that she went with Charlie to the Tate scene to survey the damage. Just hearsay.

Her husband, Michael Monfort was involved in the murder of James Willett, and was the sole killer of Reni Willett. Nancy was conviced of being an accessory after the fact in Reni's case.

    Mr Poirot replies:

And she was a mean little kid too. At 15 she was already a hardened biker chick. Jesus! She was one angry Malibu teenager! Watching her vent in Manson73 is a real circus act. She was a genetic subversive who fed off counter culture anger. But all her catterwalling about the establishment was phoney. She lives like a rich capitalist pig now. But then all the counter culture folks were phoneys.

  5. I haven't seen anything that says she is well off. Where do you get this assumption? The images provided at Eviliz in no way suggest she is well off.

    ReplyDelete
  6. She married a rich guy. They tour the west cost all the way down to Baja. Big houses, restored cars, resorts etc. Life of leisure. She learned it is ok to be happy and that you don't have to go around complaining and threatening society with guns while wearing a snake around your neck. She learned that she was luckier than most but it took a prison term to wake her up to that fact.

    ReplyDelete
  7. I go up and down the west coast all the time. In fact Baja is right next door. Doesn't mean a thing. If you live near the coast, you tend to have pictures of the coast. The restored car is her brothers. The houses could be someone elses that she is visiting. Nothing suggests she is well off. How do we know she married well? I own a white hat and a polo shirt. Oh Boy! I'm rich!

  8. She did 3 or 3 1/2 years I think. Not as long as she should have for accessory after the fact for murder. It was some years after that though that she woke up. She was a real tough guy for a couple of decades. She made a lot of noise about her family being distant and not showing love but her mother visited her frequently at Spahn ranch. LOL! She was a noisy rich kid acting the part of the biker chick and revolutionary. She liked acting cool and tough while dressing like a fairy pixie.

  10. Poirot does not think highly of us hippies but we love his curmudgeonly ass anywhoo. Welcome Frank, Patty is a fan of yours.

  11. Hard to quantify. A-list counter culture heroes included people like Che Guevara, Gandhi, Malcolm X, Martin Luther King. But I don't think we should equate 'counter culture folks' with hippies or slippies. You have to know what you're rebelling against, and it helps if you can make that explicit.

Most of the young people seen as the time as 'hippies' were perhaps just following a fashion. or a dream, rather than actually able to rationalise what they were doing, and I wouldn't myself use the expression 'counter culture' to describe en masse all the kids who flocked to the West Coast.

But there was a lot happening sociologically, like it or not. The grayness of the 50s, the increasing purchasing power, the draft card burning, the sexual revolution - all these contributed to a critical mass which we really can't deny, and there's no putting the genie back in the bottle now.

That said, I'm not making a point for or against hippies, just defending a few counter culture heroes of mine.

  12. You can always get a rise out of the hippies. LOL!

Geez people! Relax. Holster those sidearms.

    ReplyDelete
  13. What hurt the most was that protesting became fashionable. Kids that had no stake in anything began wearing bandanas, tie dies and torn jeans. Then along came Kent State. All of a sudden the ones that were along for the ride departed. Nixon declared Charlie guilty and boom, the sixties were over.

  14. I was 13 years old in 1969 and too young to give a hoot about the politics of the time. All I cared about was the music, and some of the best music was created in that decade. It still has a regular rotation in what I listen to even now.

  15. I think this hag should be in prison too. I always thought she was the one who went with Manson to the Tate house after the killings.

That baby was never talked about again. It is not any of the children in the picture. She had those 3 later on with Monfort.
That baby was most likely stillborn. Contrary to what the media feeds you, some the girls did get pregnant.
But due to malnutrition, heavy drug use and no pre-natal care, most ended up miscarried. The few babies that did survive were not healthy and passed away from malnutrition, crib death or other factors.
The Family liked to bury the dead babies at what ever ranch they were staying at.

Some info we will discuss at another time.

  17. Since Clem was outted and dropped off the face of the earth, and it is clear he can no longer be in any bands, someone will spot him. I wonder if he is now a practicing Obstetrician/Gynecologist since he seems to have some experience at it?

  20. Why are the Col's members allowed to come in here and call everyone names? Why are they allowed to attack anyone the Col sicks them onto? Yesterday the Col was ugly to Patty. If moderators won't curtail the curtail the Col's gang attacks why must we sit and let him do so? They've been in here everyday this week attacking. Why must we sit here like ducks in a row and take abuse from the angry Col?

  22. Dang it, Patty had such a killer comeback lined up too.

Hey, did somebody already say which one of the Monfort boys is in the baby photo?

  23. If you guys are such great people why don't you try helping out Liz right now instead of ganging up on me slinging names like moron and loser or nazi towards me. That's free ganging up on me. Helping people involves sacrifice in tough economic times. If you enjoy Liz's blog and her work then reimburse her for it. You guys pay for books you enjoy don't you?
This business of other blog members attacking this blog has got to stop. The Col doesn't care if Liz is worried about a child. He'll send his minions over here anyhow. Matt I appreciate the fine job you've done helping Liz on this blog but I reguard Liz and you as my friends too and I'd appreciate just a tiny bit of backup from you. I'm sorry if I offended you Matt but you know very well my remarks weren't directed towards you. My parents taught me if somebody punches you then punch them back twice as hard. Well we can't punch each other on the internet can we Matt? Let's don't let the mudslingers on other blogs come in here and have us at each others throats. We are friends here whether you know it or not.

  24. The Col's sycophants travel in packs because they are all from the same tribe. Go read your Torah. I'm not afraid of your ilk.

This is both laughable and outrageous. I have posted about half a dozen times on the Col’s blog in the last twelve months – far less than M. Poirot, although possibly with more relevance.

My opinion of the Col? He is at times pompous, arrogant, opinionated, rude and wrong. A bit like M. Poirot, really. He can also be acutely perceptive, has access to good resource and researchers (when he can be bothered) and highly entertaining. I see no evidence of any of these in M. Poirot.

To call me a sycophant of the Col is absurd. I disagree with much he has written and you can see this if you read back in his blog. As for the references to ‘tribe’ and ‘Torah’ I think M. Poirot owes all readers of this blog an apology. If I were the owner of this blog I would make it a condition of his continued presence here.

He has no need to be afraid of my ilk, whatever he perceives it to be. As I approach my seventieth birthday I pose little threat to him or anyone else here.

Why are the Col's members allowed to come in here and call everyone names? Why are they allowed to attack anyone the Col sicks them onto? …. Why must we sit here like ducks in a row and take abuse from the angry Col?

Anyone for paranoia? I don’t see this name-calling. I don’t see these attacks. Blogs have a certain dynamic and are not for the thin-skinned, but if you feel under attack it is most likely down to what you post. Blog members can only really judge each other by their postings, and as I suggested earlier it is most likely what M. Poirot posts that brings the responses he gets.

My parents taught me if somebody punches you then punch them back twice as hard.

Each to his own. To me, this old testament approach is not an example of good parenting skills. It also somewhat disadvantages those of us who are short on height and strength. What I learned in this regard from my parents was never to respond in anger, and that at the end of the day reason will triumph over muscle. That is why I am taking the time to write these words

My apologies to other blog members for this long posting. I came here in peace and hope to stay peacefully. And now, back to Nancy Pitman.

MrP, you are crossing a line with your statements. I f you don't like Col's blog, don't go there. If you don't like what's here, there are other blogs. You are going to force the blog to become a members only again and I'm not sure you will be on the list. It's nicer now that it is open and it would be a shame to return to the way it was.

  34. Slightly OT but here is a good a place to ask as any - has anyone read a book called Sinister Forces 3 : The Manson Secret? I am finally getting a copy after months of looking. I get the feeling it may have some rather outlandish conspircy theories in it.

I have been warned about my comments for FAR less then this -Im suprised this MR P is even allowed to continue posting here

  39. I rarely talk about my personal life on here but as Mr. P mentioned I do have a sick child and am in a terrible financial way. This blog is my escape and I would like it to be a pleasant one.
So maybe could everybody get along and stop fighting please? If you want to fight there is a Manson blog which welcomes that. Hit me up here for the address.
    mansonfamily1967@gmail.com

And no Colonel that was not directed at your blog. I like everyone here equally and am not going to pick sides. If you don't like someone here, ignore them. Be the bigger person.

And people really need to stop attacking each other. This is not high school. If someone "online" does not like you, who gives a fuck it's "online."
I have made a ton of online enemies and laugh at them. Please stop fighting or I will have to dole out spankings, and not the good kind either.

  41. How about that Casey Anthony bitch? The 2000's haven't produced too many memorable characters, but she's in the running. Personable, white, attractive middle class white girl with a dark side. She's not Susan Atkins, but she's worth a mention

    ReplyDelete
  42. I second the sentiment that those who enjoy this blog should root for Eviliz, as they should for any single mom and/or mom with a child with health difficulties.
Anything you want Liz, and yes, my car is yours if I head to Thailand.
    That's a promise.
Of course, I would like you to fix me up on a date with Nancy in return.

Hey Tom long time no see.

Seeing pictures of that beautiful little girl breaks my wicked heart.

Before I start my rant everyone please excuse my Irish.

That Casey, what a cold hearted bitch. Another Susan Smith-choosing dick over her child.
Talk about getting away with murder.

I keep wondering, since she was living with her parents pre-crime, when she gets out after telling all the lies about her father not to mention all the OTHER lies, will her mother and father let her return to living in their house? Talk about don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.

I am sure given enough time someone will take that bitch out. She like Squeaky, will have to be released under the cover of darkness. I bet they release her on a different day then they told the public. She might as well go under ground.

You know, like i said she lived with her parents. Why not ask- "Hey mom and dad, this child is kinda cramping my style. I don't want her anymore. Would you two like to raise her?"

It's the O.J thing all over again.

What a fucked up jury. Those people need their heads examined.

I think someone should take Casey, put duct tape over her mouth, bind her hands and feet hog style, thrown her in a swimming pool and let her drown. Then bury her in some woods. But that's just me.

Orlando FL- where you can visit Mickey Mouse and kill your child and get away with it.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Whoa, Eviliz.....stop and think about what you just said.

Casey Anthony is a sociopath. Losing her child meant something to her, as would losing a set of car keys would mean to you or me. Its not good. But shake it off and move on.

She will be in trouble again within the next two years, probably from a violent crime. Guaranteed.

As far as juries go, if there is not scientific evidence, it might not have happenened. They can't put two and two together.

But after living a long life, I can promise everyone out there. You don't get away with anything.

    ReplyDelete
  47. "you don't get away with anything."
sorry, man, but what a load of crap. For every Madoff there are fifty rich guys out there who screwed investors and walked away and are living the high life.
And check the statistics on murder convictions or rape convictions. Assholes "get away" with crap a million times a day. Your fatalism is dime-store nonsense. No offense.

    ReplyDelete
  48. No offense taken. But my fatalism is probably correct. If it isn't....then I'm wrong and we all move on. Sounds like a song, don't it?

    ReplyDelete
  49. my bad. sorry Liz and Matt. And Tom. I usually try and play nice. But I have a problem with those who proclaim "absolute truths" about life that defy reason and evidence. And statistics.
And as one who is kin to a victim of a violent crime where the perpretator walked, the notion that nobody gets away with anything really rubbed me the wrong way.
But sorry. Now back to the Nancy channel.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Well, I would like to side step this little dust up with leary7. He seems like a good guy with many good thoughts on the Manson Family.

Having said that, life catches everyone. I am going to guarantee that. If it doesn't, then you are a mother fooker who life didn't catch.

Sometime in every life you will be stripped of everything except who you are and how you have lived.

But that's my bullshit. If you disagree.....respect.

    ReplyDelete
  51. From what I gather the jurorers could not convict on 1st degree murder when the cause of death could not be determined. The STATe should have gone with involuntary manslaughter and would have gotten a conviction. Bur they went for the gold and lost.

I'll agree with you, Tom. Even if it isn't visible to everyone else, life has a way of evening out. Just like you, I and everyone else here, Casey will get what's coming - even if we aren't privy to it.

    ReplyDelete
  55. I lurked for a very long time before I ever posted, both here and at the Col's blog. FrankM is one of my favorite posters. His contributions are always well thought out. I always make sure to read him slowly. Come back soon!!!

  56. Gotta love the American Justice system where the OJ's and Casey's of the world can go free despite overwhelming evidence of their guilt, yet Manson gets 41+ years based on some of the ropeiest testamonies and evidence I've ever heard!

    ReplyDelete
  57. "Casey will get what's coming."
Interesting assertion, Matt. In a just world, what would someone who suffocates their two-year old child and leaves her body in the woods for the maggots to eat "get"?
I am not argueing with you or Tom (that would be stupid) but my take is that even if Casey ends up dying of AIDS on skid row, she will not get what she deserves.
Believing in the inevitabilty of kharma, as you and Tom seem to do, is an interesting philosophy. I wish I could join you, but I lean to the perspective that kharma is not all inclusive.
It is an intersting topic - wether the Manson folk got what they deserved. Charlie's kharma would be one screwy force.

    ReplyDelete
  58. seriously, I wonder if any of the TLB victims or their kin think Manson et all 'got what they deserved'.
You got Tex being married and having kids and such. You got Charlie playing his music and making money and being revered by thousands. Pat and Leslie getting college degrees and doing stuff they enjoy. I wonder if Shorty thinks Clem got what he deserved, walking around a free man since '85(?). And let's not kid ourselves, all these folk, not just Tex, have had love lives.
Have they suffered? Sure. But is their kharma balanced? That's a tough one to contemplate.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Casey may haven't gotten off easy in this world, but not to worry, she will held accountable in the next. That really should give most folks comfort, that is, if you have faith that Heaven and Hell do exist.

    ReplyDelete
  60. good point. forthose who believe in something beyond this existence a 'reckoning of ways' does seem a reasonable assumption.
but i do think we were originally talking about "getting away" with stuff while here in this life - do those who cause suffering inevitably suffer? Some, like Tom and Matt seem convinced they do. I respectfully disagree.

    ReplyDelete
  61. by the way, not to beat a dead horse, but if you want an example of "getting away" with things check out the Whitey Bulger story over on the Boston sites.
Sure, he's in jail now but at 81 and in ill health he is on a short sentance anyways and now gets all his health care free. 19 murders and countless other sufferings he inflicted and he will suffer little on this earth.

I did some research into this Poirot psychopath, and my sources tell me it is Jimmy acting up again. He will start saying anything ( I never sent anyone)in order to stir shit up. He is dangerous and unbalanced, probably unemployed. Calling him a moron is no more calling him a name than calling a cat a pussy. Personally I've alerted the authorities where he lives so we can have a chain of custody record for his future actions. You should as well.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Leary, I'm not comparing apples to apples in this discussion. Many times when someone transgresses like Casey did they don't receive "justice" like we are talking about. But, the real pain for them comes when they grow a conscience years later and lay awake sleepless far away from the public eye. That sort of pain is far worse than spending years in solitary in a prison.

    ReplyDelete
  64. okay Matt, but doesn't that raise the question do sociopaths always grow a conscience?
I am doubtful that Charlie or Sandy or Squeeky or a couple of others have ever felt a twinge of remorse or guilt for the TLB victims. Surely Susan, Pat and Leslie have, and I respect them for that.
But I remain convinced that a pure sociopath is immune from conscience and kharma. I fear that Casey falls into that category. Her partying in the days after she killed her kid are testimony to that.

    ReplyDelete
  65. the ironic part, to bring this discussion full circle, is that there seems to be some evidence that Nancy Pitman, the original subject of this thread, was regarded by Manson himself as his "best sociopath" - his "chief assassin". Wasn't there a quote in HS where Manson told the Bug something like "if I wanted someone killed I would just send Brenda after them." Something along those lines.
There is that old cliche about "once a cheater, always a cheater".
I wonder if the same principle holds for sociopaths. Maybe someone could ask Pitman.

COl: the first time I saw this mr p post at the same time jimny was posting on BPT channel the very same things pertaining to the things going on on Cols blog so I was pretty sure it was JIMNY(Mr P)from the start- thanks for clarifying:)

I have had Jim's Staten Island NY address and phone number since December when he acted up. I KNOW for a FACT Mr. P is who he says he is and lives at the address he posted.
I would bet my life on it.
I highly doubt Jim morphed into Mr. P. and Im pretty sure monkeyboyJim is still in NY.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Ugh, I almost hate to bring this up, so sick of Casey Anthony, but you don't need or always have scientific evidence to prove a murder or guilt. Real murder cases don't always fall together neatly like a CSI crime tv show. Cell phone tower pings, circumstantial evidence ( no, it's sometimes the best evidence, stop listening to tv shows) neighbor watching Casey Anthony backing into a driveway and asking for a shovel, cadaver dogs caught scent. It's a shame how media has corrupted the law, courts, and evidence.

  75. I lived in Malibu, we moved to what was known as the Snake Pit which is at the bottom of Topanga near PCH it was three dirt roads there were about thirty houses there We moved there in 1965 I was in 5th grade. the Family spent time there at various times and places. The house next to the Malibu Feed Bin was mention in Helter Skelter or was it “Will You Die For Me” by Tex or maybe both, but it was a 24/7 party house the party was always on and pretty wild it seemed. But Charlie had parked the bus at the end of the road we called the “Hippie Lane”. My first day of 5th grade at my new school Webster Elementary School a kid came up to me name Phillip Souto and asked me if I would join there gang which he said was called “Willam Pitman’s Gang” I agreed and this was my sixth elementary school so moving a lot I just naturally would end up gravitating to the more wild kids in school. Yes Willam was the younger brother of Nancy Pitman. My memory of Nancy Pitman that is forever etched in my memory banks is probably a 15 or 16 year old Nancy hitchhiking north on PCH in a mini skirt and short rabbit fur jacket, wow I was probably thirteen at the time and my heart ❤️ skipped a beat. I don’t know if you read this blog Nancy but if you do and Willam is still with us tell him Marty Nation says hey P.S. I will post some more of my experiences with the family in the future
