Barker complete with bus on the property.
Was this the bus that had the
"America Love It Or Leave It" bumper sticker?

Yes, that is the blue and white bus that had the sticker on it. Interesting that in this photo the bus is over by the chicken coop. Patty is thinking that the park service must have moved it a bit from the time this photo was taken to the time the photo was taken that is in Don Murphy's book. Grump? What do you think?

I'm a little confused about the bus's color. Is this the bus that was obtained to replace the black bus that had a storage box on top?

Patty - look closely... That photo is taken from the hill behind the ranch. Standing in Front of the ranch, the bus is right where it was left. Facing the front of the main house, the bunkhouse is to your left. In this photo it is to the right. Ya Dig??

I always thought it odd that Charlie drove the bus in from the Las Vegas side in such a way as to destroy it. There was a loose log in the back that pulverized the buses interior. It was another of Charlie's mysteriously stupid acts. It is equally puzzling why no effort was made to repair and use the bus again. It basically became a storage shed.

I'm guessing that this is the bus that Bugliosi rummages through in the 1976 film while looking for the .22. Instead he finds some fancy clothes. So, in the film did the actor rummage through THE bus?
