It would be safe to say that Big Patty's days of running anyone down with an uprised knife all long gone. No more than Susan Atkins was going to roll over anybody with her hospital gurney. Probably a long time ago, though, I think Krenwinkel stood in the yard at CIW, gazing at the traffic whizzing by on Chino-Corona road and accepted that the next time she would be on the other side of that barbed-wired fence, she would be inside her prison-issued coffin.
